Homeland (2011)

Homeland is a series created for American television by Howard Gordon and Alex Gansa based on the Israeli series Hatufim directed by Gideon Raff. The main character is Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes), a CIA agent who came to believe that a Marine what was held captive by al-Qaeda as a prisoner of war was turned by the enemy against the United States, and now poses a threat.
